Delivery and packaging

Ordering

Work on the website is photographed in the best light possible and measurements are also given, however, it’s possible that the colours you see online may be slightly different due to settings. I cannot refund for any variation in colour. I am happy to take and send you additional close up photos prior to purchase and I endeavour to take these in the best daylight possible.

Delivery

How do you deliver?

Smaller works on paper are sent recorded delivery by Royal Mail in a flat, A4 card-backed envelope, and they are safely wrapped in a plastic cover inside that to ensure water doesn’t enter.

Works canvas or board will be sent in the UK by DHL or Parcelforce as I need to make sure there is sufficient insurance to cover the item in transit. Items are well packaged with bubble wrap, between foam/cardboard, with corner protection pieces and any other necessary padding to provide a secure wrapping, and wrapped in a plastic cover inside to ensure water doesn’t enter. It may take you a little while to carefully open the item! I aim to reuse packaging materials to help the environment.

Where do you deliver to?

Delivery costs are included for customers in the UK. Please get in touch for international delivery quotes - this may prove to be too expensive, so I’ll find out prices and we’ll look at the overall price together to see if this is something that’s affordable.

What if I receive a damaged painting?

All paintings are carefully packed to ensure they make a safe journey. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me immediately with photographs of the damage.

Payment

How do you take payment?

Payment on the website is via Stripe.

What if I change my mind? Can I have a refund?

We have a 14-day refund policy, so if you try the art out at home and decide it’s not for you, then yes, of course you can return it to me (UK only). Whilst I hope you’re happy with the painting, it can feel different once you try it out at home. However, you are responsible for packaging and returning it safely, undamaged, at your own cost. Please just get in touch by email to let me know this is happening and let me know how you intend to return it. Couriers don’t all accept artwork, so if you’re looking to return by courier, I suggest you try DHL or Parcelforce. If you’re local to north Wales, then you may want to drop it off in person and that’s ok, as long as we agree on a date and time.
